Fibreflex Ducting | Fibreflex Ducting is a light weight ducting manufactured from a PVC coated spring steel helix covered with a glass fibre material which complies with BS 476, parts 6,7 & 8. The glass fibre material is impregnated with PVC, this then is welded to the wire to form a continuous surface.
Fibreflex ducting withstands elevated temperatures, making it ideal for use in heating and ventilation systems as well as any other situation requiring the low pressure movement of air.
Fibreflex ducting is also available with a thermal insulation made from 25mm thick glass wool and covered with aluminum foil:

For joining Fibreflex Ducting a vinyl tape is available giving a highly adhesive bond with the hose producing an air tight connection.
